Collection
Aquilo's scraping layer visits the career pages of the recruitment firms it monitors. It handles pagination, rate limits, and layout variations automatically. Each listing is assigned a stable, deterministic ID derived from its source URL — duplicates are never stored.
Details
- • Monitors recruitment firms across Sweden and Scandinavia
- • Runs automatically every day
- • Handles pagination and retry logic
Enrichment
Raw listings are processed by a local language model. The model reads the full job description and extracts structured fields: role category, employer name, organisation number, city, country, hiring contact, publication date, and application deadline. Results are validated against reference tables before being stored.
Details
- • Structured output validated against reference data
- • Role, location, and employer extracted automatically
- • Contact details parsed from the listing body
Search
Once a listing is enriched, it becomes searchable through Aquilo. Filters are built from real data — cities, roles, and firms only appear in dropdowns if there are active listings that match. Listings that disappear from a recruiter's site are automatically deactivated.
Details
- • Filter by role, city, country, and recruiting firm
- • Full-text search across title and description
- • Only active, enriched listings are shown
Common Questions
How often are listings updated?
The platform runs a full collection pass every day. Enrichment runs after collection. New listings typically appear in search results within a few hours of being posted on the recruiter's site.
What roles does Aquilo cover?
The platform focuses on senior leadership and specialist roles: IT directors, CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, HR directors, marketing directors, project managers, and similar positions. Graduate programmes and junior roles are outside the scope.
Is Aquilo free to use?
Browsing listings requires an account. Creating an account is free and uses your existing Google account — no password or subscription needed.
Where does the data come from?
All listings are collected from publicly accessible recruitment firm career pages. Aquilo does not source listings from candidates or accept direct employer postings.
Which countries are covered?
The current focus is Sweden, with listings from Norway, Denmark, and Finland being added as coverage expands. Sign in to see the current breakdown.
