1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Aquilo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Aquilo is a platform that aggregates executive and senior leadership job postings from Swedish and Scandinavian recruitment firms. The service consists of:
- Job search and browsing: Search and filter listings by role, city, country, and recruiting firm
- Structured listings: Job postings enriched with parsed metadata (role category, employer name, location, deadlines, and contact information)
- Authenticated access: All browsing requires a valid account
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
You sign in with Google OAuth. You must use a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any devices you use to access Aquilo.
Account Access
Access to the platform is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bulk-download or scrape the job listing index
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its backend systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated tooling to access the service at rates that constitute abuse
5. Intellectual Property
Our Content and Platform
Aquilo, including its design, code, and platform infrastructure, is owned by Carcosa R&D AB. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
Job Listing Data
Job listings displayed on Aquilo are sourced from publicly accessible recruitment firm websites. We claim no ownership over the content of individual job postings. All rights to job descriptions remain with the original publishers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Aquilo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that job listings are current, accurate, or complete. Listing availability depends on the source recruitment firms and may change at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carcosa R&D AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on job listing data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
